Will Only Use Them!, 04-28-2009

Review:
My door lock was VERY poorly installed, leading me to fears of waking up to men with stockings over their face leaning over me in the night. Also, I got into the habit of saying goodbye to my possessions every time I left the apartment - "bye Ipod, nice knowing you - you too, grandmother's ring!"

My landlord didn't seem too concerned about it, so I called this locksmith who was very friendly and came over at the exact time I specified. It made me laugh when he said, "who installed this thing? an accountant?!" He had to re-do everything, but he was very quick. Also, my friend let him in, so he had to wait around for awhile before I got back to pay him. Whoops. Despite my poorly planned late arrival, he was very professional and didn't seem at all annoyed that he had to wait for me. Overall, it was a very good experience.
